At SharkNinja, we’re looking for a forward-thinking Director, Data Science & Analytics (Amazon) to lead our charge in shaping data-driven success on the Amazon marketplace. From our iconic London office in Battersea Power Station, you’ll have the opportunity to combine cutting-edge analytics with real-world impact, driving results across our global teams.This is more than a numbers role—it’s about uncovering untapped potential, leveraging advanced technology, and delivering insights that empower bold decisions. Working closely with teams in sales, marketing, operations, and finance, you’ll be instrumental in scaling SharkNinja’s success while helping to define best practices in the ever-evolving Amazon ecosystem.

• Showcase the Story in the Data: Create dynamic dashboards (using Tableau, Power BI) that transform raw data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
• Build Excellence: Lead the development of SharkNinja’s Global Amazon Reporting Centre of Excellence, defining standards that ensure we remain at the forefront of analytics.
• Stay Ahead: Keep SharkNinja ahead of the curve by identifying trends, tools, and technology within the Amazon marketplace.
• Future-Proof Processes: Bring automation and AI/ML solutions to life, improving efficiency and setting up scalable practices.

 

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Proven experience (5+ years) leading data analytics in a fast-moving environment—experience in CPG or e-commerce is a plus.
• Deep understanding of Amazon Vendor & Seller Central, audience marketing, and digital shelf technologies.
• Fluency in data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
• Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms, big data technologies, and data warehousing solutions.
• A knack for turning complex datasets into simple, actionable insights that drive business growth.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices to ensure security and compliance.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring high-performing teams.
• An agile mindset, ready to adapt and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
