Job Description

Data Analyst (India based) with 5-8 years' experience, having strong communication skills and the ability to learn and adapt to new functional knowledge quickly. This role requires not only some level of technical skills but also the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and understand business processes to provide meaningful insights. 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and data profiling to understand trends, anomalies, and patterns in datasets.
• Write and execute SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
• Conduct data validation and testing to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Be comfortable with Excel
• Support data-related tasks such as cleaning, transformation, and preparation for analysis.
• Document findings and share recommendations to support decision-making processes.
• Exposure to data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau. 

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems or related field
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Knowledge of basic SQL and analyzing data
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to learn functional knowledge and adapt to new business domains
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual tasks independently.
