Key Responsibilities1. Data Quality & Analysis
  • Dive into 25+ years of historical data, identifying trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
  • Assess data structures and document findings clearly for stakeholders.
2. Data Reconciliation & Organization
  • Consolidate information from legacy systems (e.g., Microsoft Access).
  • Collaborate on setting business rules for data retention and clarity.
3. Data Cleaning & Compliance
  • Eliminate redundant, corrupted, or outdated records.
  • Ensure compliance with Swiss data regulations (e.g., FADP) and highqualitystandards.
4. Technical Tooling
  • Manage ETL processes using SQL and scripting languages (Python or R).
  • Leverage BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) for data visualization and presentations.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Communicate progress, solutions, and key insights to both technical and non‐technical teams.
  • Work closely with clients and internal leadership to understand evolving data needs.

What We’re Looking For
  • 5–8 years of hands‐on experience in data analysis, data engineering, or similar roles.
  • Fluency (C1) in Italian and English to liaise with local and international stakeholders.
  • Solid Experience with Microsoft Access, legacy database systems, SQL, and data cleaning best practices.
  • Familiarity with ETL frameworks, scripting (Python, R), and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong Communication & Documentation Skills – comfortable presenting complex data insights in plain language.
  • SelfMotivated & Flexible – able to handle multiple priorities in a small consulting environment.
