Consultant- Gen AI Modeller

The Azure Artificial Intelligence Modeller will sit within the Digital Build Service Team in Global Lighthouse and will work closely with the Azure Tech Lead and the Azure Rapid Prototype Engineer to build global client solutions to enable KPMG’s Connected, Powered, Trusted and Elevate propositions. Solutions built by the Digital Build Service will be primarily AI focused, with remaining solutions covering on data, analytics and emerging technology. 

Responsibilities: 

• Work with senor staff within the Digital Build Service and across KPMG Global to gather requirements / understand business purpose of solutions
• Design Azure-based solutions for global member firms (to provide to clients), with an initial focus on Connected solutions
• Work with Azure services such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics to develop and deploy AI models.
• Develop NLP models using techniques such as tokenization, part-of-speech tagging, named entity recognition, and sentiment analysis.
• Conducting Data processing & engineering by leveraging libraries like Pandas, NumPy and Scikit-learn
• NLP- Work on techniques for text preprocessing, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and working with transformer-based models.
• Utilizing Azure Text Analytics and other NLP-related services
• Computer Vision - Working with image and video data for tasks such as image classification, object detection, and image segmentation.
• Utilizing Azure Computer Vision and Custom Vision services.
• Develop and implement Azure-based prototypes 
• Test and validate Azure-based solutions
• Document Azure-based solutions
• Provide technical support to / respond to queries from global member firms on solutions.

• 4+ years of experience in software development and systems engineering especially leveraging Python and familiarity with other languages like R, SQL
• 3+ years of experience with Azure services
• Proficiency in using Azure Machine Learning for building, training, and deploying models.
• Good understanding around design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AML features such as AutoML, ML pipelines, and AML SDK for Python.
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Experience in building AI solutions (with preference for Generative AI solutions specifically). 
• Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Microsoft Certified Azure Developer Associate

Microsoft Certified Azure Machine Learning Scientist.
