Celonis Data Engineer/Developer

Key Responsibilities: · Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement process mining solutions within the Celonis platform, including dashboards, data models, and process analytics.
· Data Integration: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources into the Celonis platform, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
· Customization: Customize Celonis applications and dashboards to meet specific business needs and provide actionable insights.
· Process Analysis: Conduct in-depth process mining analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
· Data Modeling: Design and implement data models within Celonis to represent business processes accurately.
· Process Mining: Utilize Celonis to analyze business processes, identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
· Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, process experts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Optimization: Implement process improvement strategies based on insights gained from Celonis.
· Automation: Develop automated workflows and reports within Celonis to streamline data analysis and reporting.
· Performance Tuning: Optimize the performance of data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
· Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation of data models, workflows, and processes.
· Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users on how to use Celonis for their specific needs.
· Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest features and best practices within the Celonis platform and related technologies. Experience: · Three (3) or more years of developing or using Celonis (Data Visualization, Process Modeling, etc.,) · Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with specific experience in Celonis or similar process mining tools. · Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts. · Experience in ETL processes and tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica). Technical Skills: · Proficiency in Celonis Process Mining and Execution Management System (EMS). · Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle). · Experience with data integration tools and ETL processes. · Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data processing. · Understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. · Knowledge of Following systems – SAP, Microsoft CRM, etc., Soft Skills: · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication and collaboration skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality. Preferred Qualifications: · Celonis certification or training. · Experience in process mining and execution management. · Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies.
