ABOUT THE CAREER STARTERS PROGRAM

 

Step into the world of SAP without prior experience! From day one:

 

• Secure an unlimited-term contract and join the Trainee Program starting 01.05.2025 or 01.10.2025.
• Engage globally in (onsite) workshops, on-the-job training with prestigious clients across diverse industries supported by your colleagues.
• Embark on intensive training on SAP's foundational methods and technologies
• Learn alongside peers from various departments.
• Dive deep post-training into your work environment, guided by an experienced mentor.
• Build your network and foster lasting professional relationships.

 

YOUR ROLE

 

The SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) solution is relevant for all companies who are moving from selling products to Everything-as-a-Service (XaaS) business models (e.g., Software-as-a-Service, Infrastructure-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service). As a trusted advisor in the SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management domain, play a pivotal role in transforming our top-tier customers' transition journey to our newest Quote-to-Cash architecture. Work across the spectrum of On-Premise, Private Cloud, and Public Cloud solutions fitting to the strategy of SAP and our customers.

As the Premium Hub - CoE, we guide businesses through every stage of their projects with our comprehensive packaged services. With this approach you will see more than 20 customers per year. Our scope is boundless: from translating business needs and strategic visions into tailored IT solutions, harnessing the power of machine learning, delving into intricate technical fine-tuning, to orchestrating dynamic functional design thinking workshops.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Master the art of translating business needs to the target architecture.
• Devise strategies to transition seamlessly.
• Evaluate, strategize, and innovate in project design phases.
• Recommend robust and cutting-edge solutions.
• Construct innovative Proof of Concept and delve into prototyping.
• Be the go-to person, liaising with global SAP experts, ensuring comprehensive resolutions.
• Fine-tune job chains and stand by during Go Lives.
• Prioritize excellence in all support deliverables.

YOUR PROFILE

• Possess a Bachelor’s, Master’s or  PhD degree in relevant fields (e.g. Business Administration, Business Informatics, (Industrial) Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics)?
• Are analytical thinking and problem-solving in your DNA? Do puzzles intrigue you?
• Boast expertise in at least one programming language or willingness to learn?
• Excellent soft skills in presentation and communication
• Willingness to travel globally
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both German and English (additional languages are a plus)
