Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Sr. Corporate Strategy Manager who excels at solving industry-specific challenges with innovative, technology-driven solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with Industry Go-to-Market (GTM) and Value Consulting teams to deliver on company-wide transformation programs,  engage in high impact customer engagements and create compelling strategic narratives across priority industries and business themes. By focusing on consulting, value cases, and data-driven decision-making, you will empower customers to achieve their goals, unlock growth opportunities, and maximize the value of their technology investments.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Strategic Initiatives:

• Lead large-scale initiatives for Industry GTM teams to support market readiness in industries such as FSI, Telco, Tech, Manufacturing, and Retail.
• Establish clear goals, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics for seamless execution.
• Introduce best practices and tools to improve project management and collaboration.

Industry Leadership & Collaboration:

• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate them into consulting methodologies.
• Build strong relationships with senior executives, providing strategic advice and influencing key decisions.
• Partner with product, value, marketing and GTM teams to craft effective strategies for key stakeholders.

Value Consulting & Advisory:

• Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and high-value opportunities.
• Develop strategic roadmaps, business cases, and value propositions aligned with customer goals.
• Demonstrate ROI and guide customers in realizing the full potential of their investments.

Outcome Driven Initiatives:

• Design practical, tech-enabled solutions using automation, AI, and data analytics tools.
• Present data-driven insights to support business cases and measure value realization.
• Create scalable frameworks that align technology with business outcomes.

Leverage Data & Technology:

• Use advanced tools like ChatGPT, Generative AI, and Python to analyze data, generate insights, and deliver impactful recommendations.

Mentorship & Enablement:

• Share consulting insights and methodologies to promote strategic, outcome-focused engagements.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional growth.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Experience: 12+ years in business consulting, corporate strategy, or enterprise solutions, with expertise in automation, Generative AI, and analytics.
• Industry Knowledge: Proven success in industries like FSI, Telco, Tech, Manufacturing, and Retail.
• Strategic Mindset: Skilled in financial modelling, business case development, and strategic planning.
• Technical Acumen: Hands-on experience with automation tools, data analytics, and scripting languages like Python.
• Exceptional Communication: Proficient in public speaking and facilitating discussions with senior executives.
• Collaborative Approach: Passion for team-oriented problem-solving, mentorship, and innovation
