Who we’re looking for:
The People & Culture Data Analyst is responsible for providing people reporting, analytics, insights to the P&C team and general HR analytical support to the wider business.
What you’ll be doing:
Key Deliverables:
- Responsible for master data management and monthly data reports requested by internal stakeholders
- Trend Identification: Identify trends, patterns, and inconsistencies in HR data
- Reporting and Dashboards: Design, develop, and maintain HR reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics
- Provide regular HR reporting and metrics, including, but not limited to, inputs for monthly HR and Board reporting
- Complete annual reporting submissions, including Workplace Gender Equality Agency and Sustainability Report
- Support the Remuneration and Benefits Specialist with key remuneration activities, including, but not limited to, job evaluation and benchmarking and the annual remuneration review.
- Support the wider P&C team to roll out new projects, DE&I initiatives, streamline processes and assist with Group initiatives.
- Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders where appropriate
- Other ad hoc tasks and duties as required.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in a human resources or similar discipline (desirable)
- Strong Excel and reporting capabilities
- Experience with HR systems, iChris desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Proven success in a fast-moving environment
- Strong organisational, time management and administrative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
