Duties and Role:

Assist the Head of Acquisition Management Office and team in the development and optimization of reporting requirements/dashboards. (data sets analysis and visualization)

Requirements

Skill, Knowledge & Experience:

The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
Strong knowledge and very experienced employment of data analyst tools to collect, process, analyse and visualize data;
Minimum 2 years of experience in extracting insights from working with datasets and turning this in turn-key reporting methods;
Proven track record of developing Excel Power BI dashboards and reporting;
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI);
Knowledge of procurement software and technology platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle Procurement); understanding of ERP systems is beneficial;
Experience with website content management and programming (e.g., HTML/CSS/Javascript);
Understanding of and experience in procurement processes is favorable;
Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, both for a technical and non-technical audience;
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
