Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Planning Specialist to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent college graduates with a strong background in data analytics, data science, or mathematics. As a Planning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our strategic planning and decision-making processes through data-driven insights and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support strategic planning initiatives.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of planning initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
