Senior Content Analyst - Data Science

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the maintenance of database administration and sourcing of the Financial Markets exchange and supplied data. You will need to ensure that relevant data is maintained and delivered in an accurate and timely manner by creating or running data quality checks and standards. You will respond to data queries from clients. You will also be responsible for supporting the training of entry-level associates with regards to the product, work flow and databases and mentor and training analysts on data issues and products.

Team overview

Our Team maintains static and multifaceted data regarding various types of funds. Every day our analysts are getting in touch with Fund Management Companies in their local languages, to confirm information from financial documents and other providers, and to deliver the most up to date information to our customers. We are proud organizer of Lipper Fund Awards – influential and prestigious award given to best performing funds in over 17 countries worldwide.

Daily tasks and core objectives:

• Providing high-level support to internal and external clients by responding to data queries and exploring opportunities to improve their experience
• Active membership of Lipper CST (including covering chat)
• Creating, distributing and overseeing of custom data and content improvement reports
• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of the information stored in databases and reflected on Refinitiv products by creating or running automated/semi-automated checks
• Mentoring and training new starters and analysts on data issues, databases and products
• Supporting Team Leader in workload planning and allocation

Skils to bring:

• Solid understanding of Pricing & Performance dataset  and methodology
• Practical knowledge of MS Excel at advanced level
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strive for bringing the best customer service
• Analytical and detailed–oriented approach
