Enables sales and MS&P teams in focus and enterprise markets with company perspective on go-to-market strategy and sales innovation. Typically responsible for sales policy and governance within a market/region. Ensures strategies are consistent with company’s stewardship guidelines. *This job profile includes category/sector roles in the HQ location as well as market roles. Roles that define core capabilities related to promotional/SBD strategy are located in the Regional HQ location.

Job Qualifications

Responsibilities of the role:

• Short-term: keep current third-party development, including Microsoft data base and power Bis.
• Mid-term: start migrating third party data base to our internal environment and keep power BI visualization.
• Long-term: connect data base to company´s internal data hub and migrate power bi development to corporate development such as Compass.
• Primarily responsible for compiling and drawing insights from data. Tasks may include gathering, recording, detecting patterns and insights from, reporting, and developing solutions based on data within their domain.
• Be owner of Organization processes such as drumbeat meetings, annual calendar development, security audits.
• Be steward for team to follow company policies & guidelines in various processes.
• Proactively develops or drive improvement to processes related to administrative tasks.
• Identify potential commercial opportunities and explore new plans for the customers.
• Maintain current tracking reports and ensure process on time compliance.
• Partner with business leaders to drive strategic business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) preferably in computer science, economics, or statistics.
• Five or more years of experience mining data as business intelligence.
• Experience developing business intelligence planning and execution with top customers.
• ​Experience working with data analytics, database, data management.
• Strong experience with data automation, preference for Power BI, Data Base, Microsoft environment and Python.
• Analytical and process oriented.
• Encouraged knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum Intermediate English.
