As a BI Software Engineer who will be tasked to:

  • Solve regulatory, safety, and environmental data-centered challenges via design, implementation, and maintenance of our internal BI solutions and their integration with other data sources. 
  • Work closely with data engineers and scientists to design and implement solutions tailored for P&G’s Global Product Stewardship. 
  • Set up and manage BI environments, UI/UX, UATs, testing data accuracy, and setting up cloud resources. 
  • Upskill the organizational digital capabilities by identifying process simplification opportunities and conduct trainings. 

Job Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar degree.
  • High proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Experience in data visualization techniques and tools, including developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Experience in GitHub and collaborative coding environments.
  • A firm understanding of relational databases. Familiarity with database technologies, data warehousing, and ETL processes. Ability to utilize data pipelines, and data systems to support data analysis and machine learning workflows.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with server-side web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, Rails).
  • Familiarity with Databricks.
  • Understanding of basic level Chemistry and Biology.
     

Pay Range: $89,300- $110,000

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
