Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Risk Analyst to lead and manage risk management efforts related to the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) within our technology-driven organization. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in data mining, resilience testing, and regulatory compliance, coupled with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

DORA Compliance:

  •   Lead the identification, assessment, and management of risks aligned with DORA requirements.
  •   Develop and implement operational resilience strategies to ensure compliance with DORA guidelines.
  •   Collaborate with internal teams to design, document, and test ICT risk management frameworks.

Risk Analysis and Data Mining:

  • Conduct advanced data mining and analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks within the technology ecosystem.
  • Use predictive analytics to forecast potential disruptions and recommend preventive measures.
  • Experience in drafting white papers for assessments to provide overview for regulatory purposes or for senior management.

Resilience Testing:

  •  Oversee resilience testing exercises, including scenario analysis, stress testing, and simulation exercises.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls and recommend enhancements to improve system robustness and recovery capabilities.
  • Manage governance, reporting and follow ups, including leading resilience workshops

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and third-party vendors.
  • Present complex risk findings and insights in clear, concise, and actionable ways to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align risk management initiatives with business goals.

Policy and Process Development:

  • Develop and refine policies, procedures, and frameworks to strengthen the organization's operational resilience and risk posture.
  •   - Monitor evolving regulatory landscapes and ensure timely adaptation of internal processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Risk Management, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in risk management, with a focus on technology risk in financial or highly regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of DORA requirements and related ICT risk frameworks.
  • Strong experience in data mining and analysis, using tools such as SQL, Python, R, or equivalent.
  • Proven expertise in resilience testing methodologies and implementation.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and drive consensus among senior leaders and technical teams.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent is highly desirable.
