We focus primarily on cancer, cardiovascular/renal/metabolic disease, and respiratory & immunology. Alongside this, we are active in our Vaccine and Immune Therapy area. To achieve all our bold ambitions, we need to grow our Nordic Digital and Technology team with this new exciting role. This role can be based anywhere in our Nordic offices.

Accountabilities

The Nordic Architect & CRM/Data Specialist will encompass oversight of all Nordic applications, including blueprints and digital risk assessment. This role will also require a strategic approach to managing architecture, ensuring high quality, compliance, and innovative solutions to enhance business performance. The Nordic Architect & CRM/Data Specialist will be a key player in supporting the commercial and medical teams by providing insights, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing CRM functionalities.

Additionally, the role is responsible for integrating and managing data across CRM systems and connected platforms, ensuring seamless communication and data flow. This role focuses on architecture, data governance, and CRM systems, particularly AstraZeneca's Veeva CRM and related systems like Reltio, Vault PromoMats, and other global CRM integrations.

Data Management and Governance:
• Ensure data governance is defined and followed across all users of CRM data products.
• Drive the simplification of how we enable business rapid and accurate access to data.
• Maintain documentation of data sources and set up a data catalogue service.
• Lead investigations into data, master data, information management failures, and non-compliance, making recommendations for change.
• Develop and implement solution roadmaps to ensure successful data integration and management locally and globally.
• Partner with key staff members to create strategic business plans for our data and reporting ambitions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, as well as all other applicable laws and regulations.

CRM Systems Management:
• Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other global CRM platform integrations with Reltio, AZAP, CDH, Vault PromoMats, MedComms, etc.
• Open and manage Nordic Service Desk issues through to resolution by triage and monitoring progress.
• Produce documents for IT such as specification, architecture, test plan, test result, change control material, operational record, user guide, etc.
• Approved Emails management

Architecture and Integration:
• Engage with the Global Commercial Excellence IT information architects to understand the overall global commercial information architecture and roadmap.
• Raise problems affecting information integrity in Nordics to the appropriate governance group and participate in securing results.
• Identify, screen, and evaluate new technologies to address business needs.
• Ensure that commercial requirements are structured and documented into actionable use cases for global delivery teams.

Essential Skills/Experience
• Excellent knowledge and experience in information/data governance and management.
• Strong understanding and experience with CRM systems, particularly Veeva CRM.
• Hands-on experience with data management tools such as SQL, Power Automate, and Redshift.
• Strong business partnering and influential skills, with the ability to work in complex integrated systems.
• Strong engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in working with complex data systems, ensuring high data quality and compliance.
• Ability to work effectively across functions as a team player.

Desirable Skills/Experience
• Degree in a relevant subject such as Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools such as PowerBI.
• Experience working in a global organization, particularly within the pharmaceutical domain.
• Knowledge of regulated environments and compliance requirements.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• HTML knowledge
