Environment Operations Data Lead | Environment Sustainability Sr. Manager

Principal tasks:

• Overall responsibility for environmental data gathering, review, internal management consumption and external reporting.
• Oversees daily operations of large geographically diverse team to execute environmental data strategy.
• Maintaining the tooling and technology infrastructure to capture (in interface with CIO), track and use data for analysis and decision making – make recommendations on how to leverage data to inform leaders.
• Develops technology solutions to support sharing of information, working in partnership with the ESG CoE and related teams.
• Interfaces with the Financial Controllership team to monitor performance.  Involved in annual external audit of data, including conformance with internal controls.
• Interfaces with CoE on market trends for new data reporting, and identifies methods and processes to adapt and apply, as appropriate.

• Environmental Reporting, Environmental Data Management.
• Team Leadership, GHG reporting, GHG Audit standards.

• Effective Verbal Communication, Effective Written Communication.
• Analytical Skills, Problem Solving, Program Management, Resource Management, Presentation Delivery, Stakeholder Management.
• Advanced English level.

Preferred Technical Skills:

• Sustainability Strategy.
• Big Data Administration, Data Strategy.
• Analytics & Reporting, Data Visualization.
• Climate & ESG Risk, Sustainability Reporting & Analytics.
