Job Description:
CLIENT
- Fournir une expertise dans plusieurs domaines de lâingĂ©nierie et de lâinfrastructure de lâapprentissage automatique, ainsi quâun leadership technique de haut niveau pour soutenir les objectifs de la Banque liĂ©s Ă la fonction globale dâingĂ©nierie pour plusieurs projets et initiatives Ă incidence Ă©levĂ©e.
- Rechercher des technologies avancĂ©es pour le domaine dâingĂ©nierie spĂ©cialisĂ© pertinent, Ă©laborer et documenter la conception avancĂ©e et gĂ©nĂ©rale des systĂšmes dâingĂ©nierie respectifs en IA/AA.
- Concevoir, dĂ©ployer et entretenir lâinfrastructure du rĂ©seau (voix, donnĂ©es, centre de contact) dans lâenvironnement des services de rĂ©seau de la TD, au besoin, selon les exigences du poste.
- Diriger et soutenir les projets et les conceptions dâingĂ©nierie et dâinfrastructure Ă lâĂ©chelle de lâentreprise aux Ătats-Unis, au Canada et dans les sites internationaux (au besoin).
- Agir Ă titre de leader Ă©clairĂ©, dâinnovateur et dâagent de changement pour les programmes et services relevant de la direction qui ont une influence sur lâorientation organisationnelle pour atteindre les objectifs stratĂ©giques Ă plus long terme.

EXPĂRIENCE ET FORMATION

CUSTOMER
- Provide expertise in multiple ML engineering and/or infrastructure areas, senior technical leadership in support of the Banks objectives related to the overall Engineering function across multiple projects & high impact outcomes.
- Research advanced technologies for relevant specialized area of Engineering, develop and document high level and low-level design of respective AI/ML engineering systems.
- May be responsible for Designing, Deploying and Maintaining Network infrastructure (Voice, Data, Contact Center) in TDs Network Services environment, as per the role specifications.
- Lead and support Engineering and/or Infrastructure projects and designs on an enterprise basis covering US, Canada, and international sites (if required).
- Act as thought leader, innovator, and agent of change for the programs and services under executive management impacting and influencing organizational direction to meet longer term strategic objectives.
- Work in close partnership with technology teams to support TD's business objectives and operational support goals and provide domain expertise on strategic Infrastructure as well as Business project related activities (including both Change the Bank and Run the Bank programs).
- Engage executive stakeholders appropriately to review progress and obtain input, validation, and approval of key decisions.
- Anticipate client needs to identify appropriate solutions and to influence the development of innovative solutions

- Advanced and highly specialized knowledge of TD applications, systems, networks, innovation, design activities, best practices, business / organization, Bank standards, and may fulfill a governance role.
- Engineering specialist assigned to work autonomously on high profile, complex and/or high-risk technology initiatives with significant impact to the organization.
- Excel at technical project execution, strategic planning, and communication
- Provides technical leadership / consulting / direction to a larger team on all aspects of engineering.
- May focus on longer-range planning for functional area (e.g., 12 months or greater)
- Generally, reports to an executive
EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION
- Undergraduate degree required, advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance or computer science) Graduate's degree preferred with either progressive project work experience or
- 3+ years relevant experience (includes post graduate experience)
