This role will be based in London, UK and you are required to have the necessary right to work details prior to application.

The Hartford’s International Data Operations team serves our strategic business partners, by analysing and reporting on various key data elements entered into our core systems, which includes ensuring that it is captured in the correct way and is as accurate as possible. We also report externally to Lloyd’s, providing insight and analysis at varying levels of granularity. 

As an entry level Data Operations Assistant, you will be involved in data creation, review, analysis and reporting across multiple areas. This will include opportunities for problem solving, process and systems improvements and the development and maintenance of SQL queries to support analysis. You will also become familiar with multiple areas of the organisation and the data flows between them.

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with strong logical reasoning, problem solving and mathematical skills. This role is ideal for individuals who want to obtain an entry-level understanding of Lloyd’s of London insurance processes, systems and reporting requirements and who wants to make a meaningful contribution to improving data quality.
