Base skillset required for RC HIA (Data Analyst Role)

The skillsets listed are base, must have skills that all candidates should be evaluated on during recruitment.

Experience level: 0-2 years of experience

Must have:

  • Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication
  • Good academic background (70% passing in Undergraduate, post graduate)

Functional areas/domains where the above base skills can be deployed:

  • Healthcare domain
  • Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences

Data Analysis cum Business skillset

  • Proficient in Excel (Complex formulas, Pivots, graphs)
  • Prior work experience in data organization, data consolidation and data analysis

Reporting Skill

  • Client deliverable reports with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Analysis of data and use of Pivots, Vlookup, filters through Excel (Representation)

Good to Have

  • Business requirements analysis, Data Analysis through Excel or any other tool
  • Prior experience on digital tools like Alteryx, Tableau
  • Ability to find solutions in ambiguous and challenging situations
  • Should have worked in global engagement model (Worked with US or European teams) in the past
