Data Analysis and Automation Intern

The role we are offering you:

Reporting to the Head of Offsets and Industrial Cooperation, you will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that enhance productivity through the use of AI tools and automation. Are you ready to:

  • Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions.
  • Design and develop an AI chatbot to query databases, improving data accessibility and efficiency.
  • Evaluate current workflows, suggest improvements, and automate workflows to streamline operations and increase productivity.
  • Utilize AI tools to automate the creation of reports, summaries, and other documents by extracting and organizing information from various sources.
  • Utilize Microsoft Power BI to create insightful reports and dashboards.
  • Provide training and support to team members on new tools and processes implemented during the internship.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, SharePoint Pro, Power Automate, and MS Copilot (or equivalent generative AI tools)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with data visualization and automation tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Speaks French and English.

Preferred Education

  • Pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, data science, business administration, industrial engineering, management information systems, or a related field.  

Location of the internship is Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode.

*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.

*Please take note that if you are on a student, work or international student permit, the delays for the security background check take minimum 16 weeks.
