Key Responsibilities:

Budgeting Support:

1. Collaborate with planning team to assist in budget preparation and forecasting processes.
2. Conduct research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize budget allocation.
3. Assist in the development of budgeting templates and tools to streamline the budgeting process.

Operational Excellence:

1. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for operational improvement.
2. Analyse operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for optimization.
3. Assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Financial Dashboard Creation:

1. Collaborate with the planning team to design and develop financial and scorecard dashboard using data visualization tools.
2. Gather and analyse financial data to create insightful and actionable dashboard reports.
3. Assist in maintaining and updating financial dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators.
