Join us to help unleash the power of the self-employed and help them thrive!

Jimdo was founded by three school friends in 2007 in a farmhouse in Northern Germany. Fast forward to today, we’re a growing, profitable business with a team of 250+ people from 50 nationalities based in over 15 countries. Our portfolio serves the unique needs of microbusinesses. In addition to our GDPR-compliant website builder powered by AI, we offer an online store, legal text generator, business listings, social media integration, SEO, and more. We’re constantly developing new products and services that make the lives of microbusiness owners easier and help fuel their businesses. If you’re inspired by our mission and like the idea of working for a dynamic remote-first company where you can create impact from day 1, we’d love to meet you!

Role Overview :

As a Senior Product Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decisions across Jimdo’s business units. Reporting to our Analytics Manager, you will interact with cross-functional teams to provide detailed quantitative analyses and actionable insights. Your work will directly influence strategies that accelerate growth and optimize performance. • Design and analyze experiments (e.g. A/B tests) to optimize product performance and drive business growth.

  • Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau to present complex data in a clear, actionable manner.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and create performance-tracking dashboards.

  • Leverage SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources.

  • Support the development of a data-driven culture by advocating for the use of analytics in decision-making.

  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in data to improve business outcome.

What you bring to the table:

  • 4+ years in a data analysis role, ideally within SaaS, gaming, e-commerce, or other product-driven industries.

  • Advanced SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling tools like dbt.

  • Strong Tableau skills for creating detailed dashboards and extracting actionable insights.

  • Mid-level Python knowledge for data analysis.

  • Knowledge of statistical concepts, including hypothesis testing and experimentation design.

  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills for stakeholder management in a remote environment.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

  • Self-motivated and organized with a keen attention to detail.
