This position is embedded within the dynamic Client Marketing team, which is based on four key pillars: Client Relations, Client Services, Client Insights, and Client Marketing Data & Knowledge.

Deepening Client Knowledge

As an International Client Data Analyst Intern, you'll be part of the Client Marketing Data & Knowledge team, reporting to the International Senior Client Data Analyst. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the Maison's Client Knowledge strategy.

Promoting Client Knowledge growth

You'll play a key role in updating and enriching our annual Client Profiling analysis, providing markets with detailed KPIs on their clients' behavior. This analysis is crucial for understanding client preferences, trends, and opportunities for growth.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Update and enrich our annual Client Profiling analysis

• Elevate Client Knowledge: Be part of the refinement and development of our annual Client Profiling analysis.
• Data Visualization Expertise: Master tools like Power BI or Looker to craft insightful dashboards.
• QA Tester: Conduct tests to ensure the accuracy, completeness and consistency of Client Profiling data.
• Streamline Deployment: Manage project deliveries with meticulous planning, follow-up, and coordination, ensuring smooth execution.

Leverage this Client Profiling analysis and support Client Community

• Bridging the Gap: Facilitate the seamless integration of the Client Profiling analysis with our Looker Clients Analytics platform, creating a unified view of client insights.
• Answering Business Questions: conduct ad-hoc client studies to address specific business needs and provide actionable insights.
• Knowledge Sharing: Train and support users on the reports, empowering them to extract valuable insights and leverage the data effectively.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• Academic Background: You are a Master student looking for an end-of-study internship in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or from a generalist Engineering/Business school with a specialization in data.

• Analytical Mindset: You possess a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a creative approach to data analysis.
• Technical Proficiency: You have proven experience with SQL and ideally some knowledge of a data visualization tool (Tableau, Looker, Power BI are highly valued).
• Organizational Skills: You are organized, detail-oriented, and adept at prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Communication & Collaboration: You excel at communication, collaboration, and organization, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
• Language Fluency:  You are fluent in both French and English, both written and spoken.
• Office Suite Proficiency: You are comfortable working with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
