Senior Product Manager - LLM chatbot

Sinch is pioneering the way the world communicates. More than 150,000 businesses — including Google, Uber, Paypal, Visa, Tinder, and many others — rely on Sinch’s Customer Communications Cloud to power engaging customer experiences through mobile messaging, voice, and email. 

We are expanding our Conversational AI portfolio with a new LLM-powered experience to make our chat and voice bots more accessible while also enabling exciting new use cases. We are looking for a skilled product manager to transform our bold vision into a thriving product!

• Articulate and communicate an exciting product vision and strategy that aligns with our overall business goals
• Lead user research efforts to deeply understand target users and pain points, translating insights into actionable product ideas
• Work in the forefront of AI, continously exploring new possibilities with the advancements of LLMs
• Define, own and prioritize the roadmaps and OKRs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and user needs
• Work closely with engineering, product design, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional outcomes and highly intuitive tools
• Define and track key success metrics, using data to inform decisions and optimize the product

Requirements

• You have several years of experience in product management roles, with a consistent record of successfully leading SaaS and/or AI products.
• You have experience in taking products from concept to successful market introduction and scaling
• You have experience with LLMs or conversational AI and are eager to explore how advancements in the field can benefit our products and customers
• You are a skilled communicator and collaborator, with a proven ability to lead, influence, and work closely with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders
• You are a strategic thinker and creative innovator who confidently makes decisions and prioritizes effectively
• You are obsessed with creating exceptional user experiences, constantly pushing boundaries to maximize customer value.
