NE-Data Architect
Remote
This is a remote position.
Nexton is seeking a Data Architect. You will work in a fun, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. You must bring a creative mindset and a focus on detail in your approach to build the best solutions.
Responsibilities:
Take the stories including design, development, and automation.
Collaborate with the prioritization, structuration, definition, and understanding of tasks.
Document features to create a wiki to consolidate all our company records.
Build and own the Data area’s capabilities for descriptive and predictive analysis, workflow automation, and integrations, having a direct impact on the business.
Implement data analytics with the organization, promoting a data-driven culture.
Be responsible for the overall planning, scope management, and execution and own SDLC.
Establish a deep understanding of the domain, product, and customers and collaborate effectively with product and customer-facing parts of the company.
Ensure data integrity and security at all times.
Facilitate the gathering of business insights and time-critical information reaching multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in data-related roles within mid-size Tech Product-based companies or high-growth startups.
2+ years of experience in the Data Analyst role in a product or technical team or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of experience with SQL (PostgreSQL preferred).
2+ years of experience working with Data Warehouses and Kimball’s dimensional modeling.
3+ years of experience in Python.
1+ years of experience using CRM systems
Basic knowledge of AWS
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible, proactive attitude.
Advanced English and Spanish.
Location: LATAM.
Nice to have:
Experience working with recruiting teams.
Familiarity with Python for Data Science.
Proficient Data visualization skills (ie: Tableau, Zoho Analytics, PowerBI or AWS Quicksight).
Data automation skills: (webhooks, flows).
Data architecture optimization.
Familiarity with AWS.
Passion for the Software Development Services and/or Consumer-based Internet industries.
Knowledge of Product Management, unit economics, or marketing metrics (or all of them!).
