Summary

Anaconda is seeking a talented Sr. Technical Program Manager to join our rapidly growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.


What You'll Do

  • Drive program strategy and execution across multiple teams, aligning projects with Anaconda’s broader organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives, success metrics, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business and customer needs.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Oversee resource planning and allocation, balancing cross-functional needs to optimize program success.
  • Define and track program milestones, KPIs, and outcomes, managing risks proactively and making strategic adjustments as needed.
  • Communicate program progress, risks, and impacts effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders, providing insights that enable informed decision-making.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of program management processes to drive greater efficiency and scalability within the organization.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar senior role in a technology-driven environment, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-team projects.
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams, drive alignment, and manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration, build trust, and lead cross-functional teams through complex technical projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on outcome-driven program management.
  • Experience in advanced project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project)

The US base salary range for this role is $128,350-$191,500 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.


Within the range, individual compensation is determined by various factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter will provide more specific details on the salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
