We are seeking an experienced Data & Reporting Analyst to join the Disney Parks team at our EMEA Head Office in Hammersmith. This role combines technical expertise in data analytics with business acumen to drive commercial decisions for Disneyland Paris, Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line.

What You Will Do

  • Design and develop automated reporting solutions using SQL/Python across Snowflake, Streamlit and/or Tableau to provide real-time insights into business performance

  • Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights through data visualisation and statistical analysis

  • Lead the development of self-service analytics tools to empower stakeholders across Disney Destinations International

  • Analyse cross-channel performance metrics including web analytics, e-commerce data, and marketing campaign effectiveness

  • Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and create dashboards that drive business decisions

  • Maintain data quality standards and implement data governance practices

Data Analysis & Insight

  • Lead complex cross-platform analysis combining data from multiple sources including website analytics, e-commerce transactions, marketing campaigns, and offline channels

  • Design and implement A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimise conversion rates and user experience

  • Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities across different markets and segments

  • Develop predictive models to forecast key business metrics and identify growth opportunities

Reporting & Dashboard Development

  • Build and maintain automated reporting solutions using Streamlit and/or Tableau

  • Create interactive dashboards that enable stakeholders to self-serve their data needs

  • Design custom data visualisations that effectively communicate complex insights to wide audience

  • Implement data quality checks and automated monitoring systems to ensure reporting accuracy

Stakeholder Collaboration & Data Governance

  • Partner with business teams to understand their analytical needs and develop appropriate measurement frameworks

  • Serve as the technical liaison between business stakeholders and data engineering teams

  • Guide stakeholders in interpreting data and applying insights to business decisions

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, transformations, and business logic in the Disney Parks EMEA Data Dictionary

Platform Management & Innovation

  • Act as the primary subject matter expert for analytics platforms and tools

  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and agency partners to optimise data collection and reporting

  • Evaluate and recommend new analytics tools and methodologies

  • Lead the migration of legacy reports to modern data stack (Snowflake/Streamlit)

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Commercial experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or similar role

  • Advanced SQL skills with proven experience querying large datasets in cloud data warehouses (Snowflake desirable)

  • Strong statistical analysis background with focus on digital performance metrics and A/B testing

  • Demonstrable experience building data pipelines and automated reporting solutions

  • Expert knowledge of digital analytics platforms, particularly Adobe Analytics & Google Marketing Platform

  • Track record of translating complex data into actionable business recommendations

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

  • Excellent analytical & numerical kills, including data interrogation and manipulation

  • Experience with data visualisation tools and techniques, with platform experience in Streamlit or Tableau (desirable), or similar tools.

  • Experience using SQL (essential) and Python (desirable), to manipulate data, extract insights and create/set up reporting from large volumes of data.

  • Experience using cloud database (e.g. Snowflake)

  • Experience with ETL and/or Data Modelling desirable (e.g. DBT, DataOpsLive)

  • Experience with Version Control and documentation (e.g. Gitlab)

  • Relevant experience in using statistical analysis to extract insights within and across data sets.

  • Excellent communication, organisational, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with a diverse range of data sources including analytics and marketing platforms, e.g. Adobe analytics, Facebook, Google Marketing Platform.

  • Flexible approach with a desire to support other parts of the business

  • Demonstrate expertise through adopting a proactive approach to problem solving, issue resolution and the identification of new approaches
