Dir Commercial Data Science

This position will be primarily responsible for: Developing and implementing Advanced Analytic (AI/ML) capabilities to drive improvements in commercial performance and business outcomes. The Director Data Science will collaborate with the Brand Analytics team and Insights team to provide a complete I&A view of business performance and business improvement opportunities.

A typical day might include:

Specific deliverables for this role include: - Lead the delivery of Marketing Mix analyses across Dupixent indications. - Conduct ad-hoc projects that leverage advanced analytic techniques to address key business questions. - Co-lead with Brand Analytics the continued development of our data assets. - Collaborate with Alliance Advanced Analytics colleagues to coordinate Alliance Advanced Analytic deliverables

This role may be for you if:

• Lead organization uptake of data science outputs and provide vision for future DS/AI capability development.

• Relationship management skills to ensure analytic deliverable is meeting the needs of commercial organization and that those deliverables are being effectively leveraged.

• Business acumen to translate technical data science results into commercial business value.

• Analytic Vision: Ability to layout a vision for DS/AI capability development (5 year plan) and to develop a plan (data infrastructure and analytic capabilities) to realize that vision.

• Effectively manage/oversee analytic process including management of external vendors.

• Understand data management environments (Databricks, Snowflake) and how to maximize value through effective data management.

To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years related experience. Familiarity with common AI/ML techniques (Neural Networks, Random Forest, Natural Language Processing) - Programing: Familiarity with common programing languages (R, Python, SQL).
