Project Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Machine Learning Operations Engineer to bridge the gap between data science and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, DevOps, and cloud computing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Machine Learning Model Deployment: Deploy, monitor, and maintain machine learning models in production environments.

2. Model Serving: Design and implement model serving architectures using containers (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).

3. DevOps: Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to implement CI/CD pipelines, automate testing, and ensure reproducibility.

4. Cloud Computing: Manage and optimize machine learning workloads on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).

5. Monitoring and Logging: Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure model performance, data quality, and system reliability.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data science, engineering, and product management.

Requirements

Mandatory Technical Skills

1. Machine Learning: Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, including model development, training, and deployment.

2. Programming: Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

3. Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, or Azure.

4. Containerization: Familiarity with containerization using Docker.

5. Orchestration: Knowledge of orchestration tools, such as Kubernetes.

6. DevOps Tools: Experience with CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.

Soft Skills

1. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

3. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.

Preferred Skill

1. Experience with ML Frameworks: Familiarity with machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.

2. Knowledge of Data Engineering: Understanding of data engineering concepts, including data warehousing, ETL, and data pipelines.

3. Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty or Google Cloud Certified - Professional Machine Learning Engineer.
