As part of the Walmart+ Product team, your charter will be to build seamless, intuitive, innovative experiences for members who leverage our services across their many needs, and via various channels.
This role sits on the Walmart+ Member Engagement and Retention product team. From the moment a Walmart customer decides to join the Walmart+ membership program, this team drives the curation of a differentiated experience with value infused, nudges benefit usage and next best actions and proactively deploys retention strategies to at-risk members.
This rockstar product manager will join a tight-knit team of like-minded people who have developed a collegial, supportive and collaborative culture. The role’s focus will be on developing core capabilities that power our organization and elevate the way we work. The remit will include crafting membership platform/capabilities strategies, supporting the creation of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence models and continuing to identify efficiencies in our day to day to enhance core capabilities.

You’ll make an impact by:
- Building benefits at scale that deliver even more value for our members
- Driving membership & behavioral insights and partnering closely with Analytics, Data Science and Walmart+ leadership to continue evolving how we better understand our members
- Manage cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment across partner teams including Business, Operations and Marketing
- Managing and executing on a product roadmap by analyzing customer and product data for actionable insights, determining rollout strategy, and managing risks and new opportunities
- Defining vision and strategies for your product, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, and building business cases
- Leading and delivering on key cross-functional projects that span across multiple teams within the organization
- Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to OKRs, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Hoboken, New Jersey US-10649:The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00
Sunnyvale, California US-08479:The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735:The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
