As part of our Human Resources team, you’ll help us attract, hire and retain the top talent we need to achieve our bold vision. You’ll play a vital role in defining, developing and maintaining the winning culture that empowers diverse individuals to work together and create the impossible. We’re seeking change leaders, talent strategists, employee advocates and culture architects to enable our teams, partners, and businesses to do and be their best.

In this position...

  • We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Data and Reporting Analyst to lead the design, development, and delivery of our TA reporting and analytics work.
  • You will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights, driving improvements in our talent acquisition processes, and informing key business decisions.
  • This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a passion for leveraging data to achieve strategic goals.

What you'll do...

  • Develop and maintain global TA dashboards, reports, and analyses within Visier (or similar BI platform), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • In partnership with People Analytics, design and implement a comprehensive data strategy for global talent acquisition, including data validation and audits.
  • Identify trends and patterns in TA data to uncover opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  • Translate complex data into compelling visualizations and narratives to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (systems, People Analytics, TA process teams) to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and accessibility.
  • Develop short-term and long-term reporting strategies, evolving ad-hoc requests into dynamic dashboards.
  • Proactively identify and resolve complex TA problems using analytical techniques and innovative solutions.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Business, HR, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, with a focus on talent acquisition or HR data.
  • 2+ years of experience managing TA/HR data teams and strategies, including dashboard design and process analysis.
  • 2+ years of experience creating dashboards using PowerBI or Visier, integrating multiple data sets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools (Visier, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience pulling reports and data from ATS or CRM systems.

Even better, you may have...

  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data warehousing principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!

As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice. You can choose what your Ford future will look like: will your story span the globe, or keep you close to home? Will your career be a deep dive into what you love, or a series of new teams and new skills? Will you be a leader, a changemaker, a technical expert, a culture builder…or all of the above? No matter what you choose, we offer a work life that works for you, including:

  • Immediate medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage
  • Flexible family care days, paid parental leave, new parent ramp-up programs, subsidized back-up child care and more
  • Family building benefits including adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement, fertility treatments, and more
  • Vehicle discount program for employees and family members and management leases
  • Tuition assistance
