Senior Expert - Data Visualization

Your role will be to create business value by designing, creating, and managing the visual representation of data, to help organizations make informed decisions. & delivery of best-in-class analytics use cases. You will work closely with community of Data Experts and participate in initiatives linked to AI & LLM to support business growth.

Your key responsibilities

As a Manager – Data Visualization, you will be part of Data & AI Unit working closely with Business Platforms. You will be collaborating with business stakeholders and other Data Product Managers to deliver data initiatives and domain-specific requirements and your responsibilities will include:

Technical Skills:

1.    Data Visualization Expertise:

 

• Highly skilled in Qliksense technology and managing platform.
• Advanced proficiency in other BI tools such as Power BI, SAP Business Objects or similar visualization platforms.
• Knowledge of Power BI ecosystem (e.g., DAX, Power Query, Power BI Service).

2.    Data Engineering and Integration:

 

• Good understanding of data processing platforms like Databricks.

3.    Cloud Proficiency

 

 

• Strong understanding of AWS cloud services (e.g., S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, Athena) for data storage and processing.
• Familiarity with IAM roles, security best practices, and cloud cost management.

4.    Product Management:

 

 

• Basic understanding of Product Management process to deliver Data Visualization as a part of data products squad.
• Experience with Agile ways of working. 
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all data products, including specifications, user guides and technical documentation. 

5.    Dashboard and Report Design

 

• Ability to design visually appealing, interactive, and user-friendly dashboards tailored to business needs.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles to enhance end-user experience.

6.    Advanced Analytics Integration:

 

 

• Familiarity with incorporating predictive and prescriptive analytics into dashboards.
• Experience leveraging AI/ML outputs in visualization tools.

• Creative approach to solving complex data challenges and visualizing insights.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance data usability and accessibility.

You bring

 

 

• 3+ years in a data visualization or data analytics role, preferably in an enterprise environment.
• Experience working in agile or fast-paced international teams.
• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty), Power BI certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate), and  Databricks or other relevant data engineering certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of other visualization frameworks (e.g., Plotly, D3.js) for custom visualizations.
• Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and regulatory compliance.
• Understanding of KPI frameworks and performance measurement techniques.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics or related field
• Proven experience as data Visualization expert, with a critical eye for the accuracy of data and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience and good understanding of cloud data technologies.
