We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Democratisation Product Development Lead to accelerate the design, development, and delivery of high-impact data products.

In this senior-level individual contributor role, you will be a driving force in bringing our data democratisation vision to life, ensuring our products are strategically conceived, expertly crafted, and rapidly deployed to empower users across VMO2. You will collaborate closely with technical teams, ensuring alignment with business needs and user expectations, with a focus on achieving measurable results by the end of Q1. This role requires a highly experienced and hands-on individual, capable of designing, developing, and working cross-functionally, leading multiple teams without direct line management, and possessing exceptional stakeholder management skills.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

• Extensive experience in a senior data-focused role, such as Product Owner or Product Manager, with a strong understanding of data management and analytics.
• Proven track record of designing, developing, and launching successful data products, preferably in a self-service analytics environment.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and lead cross functionall teams without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Passion for data and its potential to drive business value
• Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau) and self-service analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of data modelling, data governance, and data quality best practices.
• Familiarity with the telecommunications industry
