What you’ll be able to do: 

Openings available for AI/ML Software Engineer at Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, MI. Innovate and iterate on Agile processes and share learnings with the team. Work closely with the product manager and product owner to translate business value needs into user stories for delivery by software engineers. Work with other software engineers to understand artificial intelligence/machine learning platform vision, break out tasks, and help solve challenging issues. Work in product teams focused on machine learning tools and development operations. Define best practices and standards and deliver solutions that meet customer requirements and needs. Identify and mitigate risks and educate the business. Use Paired Programming for cross training, problem solving, and speed of delivery.

You'll have... 

Requires a master’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science or a related field and 4 years of experience in the position offered or 4 years of experience performing software development. Also requires 2 years of experience: developing machine learning models using open source deep learning frameworks. Also requires 2 years of experience using at least 5 of the following: Python, Tensorflow, Spark, REST APIs, Agile development, Dockers, or Kubernetes. Also requires 1 year of experience: building enterprise level AI and ML Platforms; and using machine learning tools and platforms for data management and models development and deployment. Employee reports to office in Dearborn, MI. Position may work from home, but must live within commuting distance of stated office. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.

We are offering a salary of $132,350 to $176,801 per year.
