Responsibilities
In this role, you will contribute to the overall success of Curo by assisting in the collection and analyzation of collections data, strategy and facilitate implementation of improvement projects.
What you will be doing:
- Supporting CURO's SVP-Collections & Servicing and Collecitions Department in all collection projects, initiatives, and implementation.
- Supporting, researching, and providing dynamic solutions to inter-department collections strategies as designated by SVP
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting on data sets requested by Management and Executive management as requested
- Performing cross system audits and raising any discrepancies to Management
- Researching and submiting any failures in datasets in Curo or Snowflake Database and raise them to appropriate team as they arise
- Supporting reports from service providers as needed
- Working with Supervisors and Management on any areas of concern regarding various markets including, batch, aging and liquidation
- Administering and supporting process databases (Snowflake) for Central Collections
- Assisting in technical reporting, analytical functions, and strategies of departmental operations (e.g., reporting requirements for vendor analysis, performance tracking, goal tracking, etc.)
- Maintaining and adhering to professional conduct standards and policies as defined by company guidelines.
Qualifications
What you should have:
- Minimum educational requirement of High School diploma or equivalent
- 6 years minimum experience in collection call center environments
- 3 years experience in a supervisory capacity
- SQL knowledge
- Ability to develop/implement strategies for maximizing collections, customer retention and productivity in a complex fast-paced business
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently with little direct supervision
- Consistent and above average work ethic
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills

- Proven data-entry experience

Base Salary: $60,000 - $75,000
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.
All full-time salaried employees are eligible for the following benefits, starting on day one: Flexible Paid Time Off Program, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, and other voluntary coverages. You will also be eligible to participate in our 401k program, starting on the first of the month following 30 days of employment with a company match.
