This job is responsible for developing and programming methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse "big data" sources to generate insights and solutions for client services and solution enhancement. The scope of this job includes identifying meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources, analyzing and interpreting the information, and effectively communicating findings to inform decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze structured data from various sources.
• Identify patterns, trends, and insights to support decision making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and present findings.
• Implement and validate cutting edge algorithms to analyze diverse sources of data to achieve targeted outcomes.
• Continuously monitor and improve data accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.
• Systematically experiment with foundational models, including prompt optimization, retrieval algorithms, and data sampling techniques.
• Adapt foundational AI models to achieve targeted outcomes without requiring extensive retraining.
• Define and execute rigorous evaluation benchmarks to monitor AI performance, assess production readiness, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and refine prompts to elicit desired model behaviors, leveraging prompt engineering and context construction

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2-4 years related work experience.
• Masters Degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in post-acute healthcare or experience working with protected healthcare data.
• Familiarity with monitoring and debugging AI systems in real-world applications.
• Experience with vector databases and retrieval systems to enhance AI model capabilities.
• Expertise in working with LLMs and generative AI tools such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, Google Cloud (GCP) or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering, context design, and dataset creation for AI applications.
• Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems and efficient model inference techniques.
• Deep understanding of AI evaluation metrics and their application in production environments

• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
• Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information.
• Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
