BACKGROUND ON THE ROLE


UFS has a significant people footprint across 76 countries with overheads being a big part of our business model & P&L. We have ~3600 FTEs and ~300 chefs, with a large portion of our employees working in CD on the frontline. Hence our People are the demand generating enabler of our business and our feet on street are closely linked to us fuelling Topline growth. The role of Digital & People Data Analytics Lead as part of our Digital & Customer Experience organisation will play a crucial part in driving our business performance and productivity by leveraging people data insights and enhancing the P2P spirit within the organization. The role will be a combination of People Analytics of FTE & non FTE resources for enhancing our productivity & reach, as well as other Digital & AI projects related to our Go to Market organisation and Customer Experience strategy.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

People Analytics

  • Implement data-driven models to provide predictive insights on areas like productivity, turnover risk, attrition, organizational design & employee sentiment across regions, UFS PUs and functions.

  • Influence decision-making by providing actionable insights and recommendations based on workforce trends, ensuring that business & HR can make informed decisions, and using advanced analytics to model workforce scenarios, supporting strategic decisions on organizational transformation & execution in light of digital selling.

  • Partner with leadership to solve critical business challenges directly impacted by people analytics, resourcing and people skills.

  • Design and execute a comprehensive people data analytics roadmap that aligns with the business strategic objectives and 2030 strategy, with focus on improving performance, productivity, reach, penetration & talent management.

  •  Train business/functional teams on how to use people data to inform their decision-making processes, building a culture of data literacy and empowering teams to make data-driven choices when it comes to leveraging their people power.

  • Assist the deployment of personalization technologies (such as Co-pilot) to drive digital transformation and enhance organizational effectiveness within UFS

  •  Monitor and mitigate data privacy risks, making sure that analytics processes respect confidentiality while providing actionable business insights.

  • Stay up to date with key CX trends, patterns and insights to ensure that our frontline people and BMI field force are well-equipped with relevant skills and insights, and well-adapted to meet evolving customer expectations.

  • Ensure compliance to UFS audit actions related to frontline organisation management especially contractor management, regular attrition tracking etc.

  • Be involved in CX projects that impact our people and people related productivity.


EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE?


Skills and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of / ability to interpret and spot trends in data to bring insightful conclusions for business benefit.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making

  • Fluent in the language of B2B business, data analytics and HR, and know how to engage with all stakeholders, also at the senior level.

  •  Proven experience in working with people analytics. It is preferable that you have experience in working with data spanning multiple countries and sources and familiar with data reporting.

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel. Experience with using existing digital tools (Visier, Qualtrics, CRM systems) to drive change and optimisation is preferred.

  •  Sufficient knowledge of and inclination towards Artificial Intelligence and automation possibilities.

  • Experienced with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
