What You Will Do

The Data Analytics Specialist, LatAm will act as a bridge between Latin America business units and the global IT team, combining technical expertise with business acumen. This role is responsible for identifying and addressing data-related needs, building automated reports and dashboards, and ensuring the standardization of reporting processes. The candidate will collaborate daily with various departments to translate business requirements into actionable insights and solutions, partnering closely with a global IT team for technical implementation.

• Collaborate with business units to understand their needs for dashboards, data analytics, automation, and reporting, translating them into technical requirements for the global IT team.
• Develop and implement automated dashboards and reports tailored to meet business demands.
• Create and standardize new processes and tools for reporting across departments, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Build ETL processes to optimize data extraction and enhance analytics capabilities.
• Map and document all developed processes to ensure traceability and future reference.
• Serve as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, fostering daily communication to address and prioritize their data-related challenges.
• Ensure alignment between local business needs and global IT execution, maintaining effective communication and collaboration.
• Identify opportunities to enhance data utilization and process automation, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What you need:

Required:

• Advanced English
• Bachelor’s degree
• Intermediate Portuguese or Spanish
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in demand planning positions in multinational companies

Preferred:

• Advanced Spanish and/or Portuguese
• Degree in Engineering or related fields

Travel Percentage: 20%
