Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a sharp AI/ML Solutions Architect to join our growing TLOSS team! In this role you will get to drive the technical vision for pursuits of high profile, AI/ML related opportunities at a USSF remote sensing lab! 

This opportunity is a 60% in office role supporting from Boulder, CO, with 1-2 days of remote work per week.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather goals and objectives, identify gaps and develop differentiated solutions that solve mission needs 

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and industry partners to understand mission needs and articulate capabilities 

• Research and understand technology trends, particularly in the areas of agile software development, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), data analytics, and cloud technologies 

• Support development of functional AI/ML prototype software 

• Develop technical content for white papers and related materials in support of government conferences 

• Perform product and capability demonstrations for customers and industry partners as needed 

• Attend technical conferences and symposiums pertinent to the trade space 

• Provide technical inputs and mission perspective to inform corporate strategy and investments 

•  Optimize performance and efficiency of ML/AI technologies and best practices. 

• Document results, write technical documentation, configuration and install guides, etc. 

• Collaborate with team and stakeholders in an Agile development environment. 

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Active Secret clearance, with the willingness and ability to obtain (and/or maintain) a DoD TS/SCI.

• Ability to innovate and provide thought leadership in AI/ML systems and architectures 

• Experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in support of DoD and/or IC customers 

• Possess strong written and oral communication skills, including excellent presentation skills 

• Experience with various ML/AI frameworks 

• Java and Python coding experience 

• Ability to represent the company favorably, to develop new clients, and to negotiate with key members of other firms 

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Active TS/SCI security clearance

• Familiarity with remote sensing or Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) technology

• Experience with machine learning and data science tools (Jupyter, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas, SageMaker, Apache Spark, large language models) 

• Experience working with technologies such as digital engineering, agile development, DevSecOps, containers, cloud migration, cloud native technologies and cybersecurity 

• Experience with AI-based automated planning and plan recognition technology including planning domain definition language (PDDL) complaint planners 

• Experience with Containerization & Orchestration 

• Experience with DevOps

Salary Range: 

$56.25 - $101.25
