Tools & Automation: Our mandate is to enhance the user experience across our PMO tools through intelligent automation, reducing manual interventions and pain points. We collaborate closely with O&T PMO teams, the Enterprise Tool and Reporting team, and key functions to deliver a transformative experience. Our strategic focus includes driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and delivering tangible value to our organization. This process improvement team seeks unexplored technologies and solutions by partnering with technology teams for onboarding and deployment.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the PTS UAT cycles in collaboration with the ETR team for the entire TFS Org PMO and its functions. Additionally, the ideal candidate will serve as a Project Manager for the RPA solutions being developed by our team and will participate in system control discussions related to all aspects of Control Effectiveness. Additionally, the candidate should have significant experience in technology roles, project management, and the financial services industry. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for BA-related enhancements in I@C and PTS, providing support on inquiries and issues raised by users across the organization.

  • Act as the primary point of contact in Org PMO for all PTS-related questions tied to procedures, UAT, and enhancements.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and facilitate effective communication with business and technology partners to capture, analyze, and document agreed business requirements for implementation.

  • Conduct and manage UAT testing for BA requirements with cross-enterprise stakeholders, providing expertise, resolving issues, and implementing enhancements into Production for enterprise-wide adoption.

  • Evaluate potential systemic solutions to improve user experience, data capture, and prevent issue recurrence for ETR products (PTS, RAC, Dashboards).

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of automation initiatives, from ideation to delivery, related to Book of Work and Control Effectiveness (PQA, Spot Check, Health Check).

  • Utilize expertise in low-code platforms like Appian, Celonis, and Tableau to design and implement tailored solutions.

  • Identify inefficiencies, propose innovative solutions, and ensure seamless integration into existing systems.

  • Combine deep practical knowledge with strong analytical skills to optimize business processes and drive measurable outcomes.

  • Manage both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.

  • Make a considerable business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.

  • Provide expertise in IT project leadership with an advanced understanding of its principles.

  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of how various areas (e.g., architecture, infrastructure) collectively integrate to achieve business objectives.

  • Develop detailed IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.


Qualifications:

  • Experience with I@C, PTS, enterprise program management tools (e.g., MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr), business intelligence tools such as Tableau, and Program Management skills.

  • Proven experience as a PM with PTS and Investment.

  • Experience with low-code platforms like Appian, Celonis, and Tableau is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

  • Experience working in a banking or regulatory environment.

  • Superior oral and written communication skills with well-developed listening skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.

  • 6+ years' experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in the overall field.

  • 6+ years of Program and Project Management experience.

  • Ability to demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal relationships with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.

  • 6+ years’ experience identifying key project requirements, establishing and tracking dependencies, and ensuring successful and timely delivery of commitments.

  • 6+ years’ experience with project management, working and partnering with a diverse group of stakeholders to drive results and agreement; PMP is preferred.

  • 6+ years influencing technical people/projects with demonstrated success in strong leadership and communication skills.

  • 5+ years of experience preferred with a broad knowledge of the financial service industry.

  • Leadership and adaptability when facing unique challenges encountered to effectively work with individuals in diverse cultures and business environments.

  • Proven ability to lead through influence and partner through conflict to arrive at mutually agreeable solutions, keeping the best interests of the organization in mind.

  • Proven ability to work independently in a multi-tasking, high-pressure environment with strong strategic and conflict resolution skills and a deep sense of ownership over the success of projects and deliverables.

  • Proven ability to digest large amounts of information and determine the appropriate level of detail for executive presentations or to customize status/progress updates to specific audiences.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.

  • Master’s degree or equivalent certification is preferred.

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in data management, analytics, or a similar role.

  • Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., SQL, ETL processes) and reporting software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).

  • Experience in data visualization tools like Tableau.

  • Proficiency in querying languages such as SQL.

  • Advanced Excel expertise, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas.

  • Experience with databases and information management.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to present technical information to nontechnical audiences.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with data governance and regulatory compliance.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is preferred.

  • Ability to design efficient automation solutions.

  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular) is strongly preferred.

  • Knowledge of database systems like MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MongoDB is strongly preferred.

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is preferred.

  • Experience developing and consuming APIs preferred.

  • Knowledge in organizational PMO and project management is helpful but not required.

  • Familiarity with versioning tools such as GitHub or TortoiseSVN is helpful but not required.
