Job Description: We are looking for a motivated RPA Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and implementing RPA solutions using technologies such as Blue Prism, Power Automate, and Python. This role requires a proactive approach to support the digital capabilities for our business teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

RPA Development and Implementation:

• Assist in designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions using Blue Prism, Power Automate, and Python in accordance with Tyson standards, design principles, and conventions.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify automation opportunities and define project requirements.
• Develop and maintain RPA workflows, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and maintainable.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise in day-to-day running of automation solutions and provide timely responses and solutions as required.
• Support multiple RPA projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide effective RPA solutions.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks proactively.
• Ensure best practices in RPA development, including coding standards, code reviews, and documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in RPA technologies and tools.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.

Must have skills:

• Experience with RPA Tools: Blue Prism 6.8, 7+ versions, Blue Prism Capture, Blue Prism Interact, Blue Prism Hub, Power Automate, AI Hub, and OCR Engines like AWS Textract.
• Strong programming skills in Python for process automation.
• Ability to plan, manage, and execute multiple RPA projects.
• Proficiency in risk management and timely project delivery.
• Proven experience in mentoring RPA development teams.
• Strong collaboration and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze business processes for automation opportunities.
• Strong troubleshooting and continuous improvement skills.
• Enthusiasm for exploring new RPA developments and technologies.
• Ability to adapt to new tools and drive innovation.

Preferred skills:

• Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
• Experience in building Agents using Gen AI/LLMs.
• Knowledge of other automation tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in process analysis and optimization.
• Preferred knowledge on OCR engines like ABBYY and Palantir.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an RPA Developer, with a strong focus on Blue Prism, Power Automate, and Python.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Certification in Blue Prism, Power Automate, or other relevant RPA tools is a plus.
