About this position:
The Vice President of Data Analytics is responsible for defining and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the organization's data analytics initiatives. This position plays a key role in aligning data-driven solutions with organizational goals, building and leading a high-performing analytics team, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. The role involves overseeing the design and implementation of data architectures, developing advanced analytics capabilities, and ensuring insights are effectively communicated to drive business outcomes.
What you’ll do:
Develop and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Data Analytics department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and identifying opportunities where data analytics can enhance business outcomes, customer experiences, and operational processes.
Build and lead a high-performing team of data analysts, data visualization specialists, and database administrators. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation while providing mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members.
Oversee the design and implementation of data architecture and governance frameworks, ensuring high data quality, robust security practices, and accessibility of data to support mission-critical decisions.
Develop advanced analytics capabilities, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis, to derive actionable insights from complex datasets and drive business predictions and performance improvements.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership through compelling visualizations and reports, ensuring clear communication of data-driven strategies and outcomes.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of data analytics initiatives, implementing continuous improvement processes to refine strategies for optimal results.
Support the creation and enforcement of best practices related to data governance, quality, and security, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.

Implement continuous improvement processes to refine data strategies that achieve optimal results
Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
What You’ll Bring:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analytics.
Proven experience building and managing high-performing teams of data professionals.
Demonstrated success in implementing data strategies that align with organizational objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and security frameworks.
Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences. Strategic thinker with a focus on innovation, problem-solving, and driving business outcomes.
