Robotic Process Automation & AI Intern

The Robotic Process Automation & AI Intern will support IT initiatives focused on automating key business processes and generating actionable insights from vast data sets. This 10-week internship provides exposure to cutting-edge tools such as Microsoft Power Platform, Automation Anywhere, and SAP Cloud Analytics, enabling impactful contributions to process efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

• Automate key business processes using Microsoft Power Automate or Automation Anywhere.
• Develop AI-driven insights from data warehouses and integrate findings into SAP Cloud Analytics.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify use cases for automation or insight generation.
• Test, deploy, and document automation solutions or data insights.
• Present project outcomes and recommendations to stakeholders at the end of the internship.

Education:

• Junior or Senior currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate or Automation Anywhere; familiarity with integrating Generative AI into data workflows is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret and analyze data to identify patterns and risks; data science experience is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills to document findings and create awareness materials.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Power Platform or Generative AI for automation and insight generation.
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work in a team and effectively engage non-technical stakeholders.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort:

• Work involves light exposure to unusual elements, such as dirt, dust, fumes, extreme temperatures, humidity, darkness, and/or noise.
• Moderate physical effort required, such as standing, sitting, and walking in and around the office; the ability to lift up to 25 pounds; reaching, climbing, and kneeling as needed; utilizing fine dexterity, the ability to see, hear, and communicate with associates as well as others by using professional etiquette.
• Personal protective equipment, as defined by C.H. Guenther and Son, will be provided.
