We are the Data & Analytics Chapter, part of Integrated Informatics at Roche. We build excellence and mastery in next generation data and analytics capabilities, including but not limited to Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics and Data Management & Governance.  We release value from data - all the way from Discovery to Insights.

In addition to partnering with teams across the business to develop solutions, scale and automate data pipelines, Data & Analytics Chapter members are uniquely placed to connect the dots across initiatives, promote information sharing across domains and recommend re-use of data, analytics and solutions wherever possible.

The Position:


We are looking for a Data Management & Governance specialist/ Master Data Expert who will join us in the newly setup Integrated Informatics for a journey to drive and promote efficient and effective information management throughout the organisation. The Data Management & Governance specialist/ Master Data Expert must be the big-picture thinker who understands the value of data to the organisation and the importance of good information management practices including information lifecycle management, information modelling, master data management and business requirements gathering. In this position you are responsible for improving business performance and cost optimization through the use of business glossaries, information models, repositories and flows to meet the requirements of the business strategies and business processes. 

Responsibilities: 


•  IT Expert and Consultant for SAP S4 Asset Master Data Global Template team for designing, implementation and continuous improvement of Global Template. 
• Work closely with Business Product, Process and Content owners to plan and execute the Global Template solution improvements. 
• Support functional hands-on role including requirements gathering, fit gap analysis, solution design, system configuration and testing. 
• Distribute/Coordinate related tasks within other functional IT teams like Build, Test factories and ensure that they are executed in time and in the expected quality.
• Perform feasibility studies and process design reviews for SAP S4 Assets management processes and solution. 
• Coordinate for all SAP S4 Assets management related issues e.g. data migration; harmonization, IT integration and make sure global templates principles are enforced and followed. 

Requirements:

• Professional Educational from a renowned University in the Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Assets Master Data and processes.
• Minimum 2 full implementation experience on SAP Assets Managment Module. 
• Very good functional understanding of SAP Asset Management processes. 
• Very good hands-on experience on SAP Customizing and SAP ABAP in terms of design, implementation and debugging. 
• Good hands-on experience on SAP Solution Manager and Focus Build cycles. 
• Good team player and should be able to coordinate with different Business and IT stakeholders. 
• Strong communication, consulting and presentation skills Analytical skills and the ability to work agile and result-oriented. 
• Strong team player with willingness to take ownership.
• Ability to lead Business discussions and make decisions. 
• Ability to report and drive to fixes on solution defect and SAP product related defects. 
• Fluent business English. 

Additional skills:

• Working experience in any one of the project methodologies - SAFe, Agile or Activate 
• Working experience in project tools such JIRA, ServiceNOW. 
• Working experience in multi-cultural environment. 
• Working experience in onsite - offshore model. 

• Basic understanding of SAP BTP application. 
• Basic understanding of middleware applications.
