We're seeking a Data Scientist to join our agile, cross-functional team as a key contributor. You will develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes at Kraft Heinz. You will work with your team and manager on advanced analytics and DS modelling projects from inception to production, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-impact results.
What's on the menu?
Develop, test, and deploy predictive models using statistical techniques and econometric models for pricing optimization
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for pricing strategy enhancements and design data-driven solutions
Analyze demand systems and elasticity to support volume simulations and improve pricing decisions
Engineer new features and test various modeling approaches to enhance the accuracy of demand and pricing models
Contribute to the development of our data science capabilities and best practices, with a focus on econometric and causal modeling techniques

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Statistics
3+ years of applied experience in data science or related fields, with a focus on econometrics and statistical modeling
Expertise in Python and/or R, with familiarity in statsmodels or similar libraries.
Fluency in SQL
Strong understanding of econometric models, demand systems, elasticity estimation, and causal inference techniques
Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver high-impact results
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with cloud-based technologies such as Azure (flexible).
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
Expertise with the following modeling methods: multivariate regression, non-linear models for elasticity, Design of Experiments, and discrete and continuous optimization.
