Job Description SummaryAs an intern at GE HealthCare in the USCAN (US & Canada) Service Technology organization, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with subject matter experts to design and build the next iteration of technology solutions. You will work on a specific project critical to our Services Technology organization. We need our team members to be versatile. You will design, test, and deploy solutions as you grow and evolve.

Job Description

Responsibilities

·Translate business problems and voice of customer (VoC) from the field service organization into technical requirements and solutions

·Active participation in architecture reviews and generate requirement documentation

·Learn and apply new tools, technologies and industry best practices

Qualifications

·Previous work or classroom experience with one or more of the following: C#, C/C++, Java, JavaScript, Python, Node.js, Reach.js, Go, Rust or other OOP language.

·Strong analytical skills

·Intellectual curiosity and passion for solving problems using technology

·Collaborative, solution focused and act with a sense of urgency

·Pursuing a degree program in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT or related technical field

Preferred Qualifications

·Research or previous internship/work experience in algorithms, artificial intelligence, compilers, database, data mining, distributed systems, machine learning, search.

·Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and basic software design.

·Knowledge of or classroom experience with UX/UI design principles.

·GPA > 2.85 or better.

·Exposure to Microsoft Office and experience leveraging Microsoft Co-pilot.
