Job Description

Applications management involves overseeing the lifecycle of software applications, including deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver value effectively. 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all requests, incidents, and queries are properly triaged in the Service Management tool within agreed SLAs.
• Evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct requirements analysis to understand objectives clearly.
• Document and effectively communicate results.
• Collaborate with clients, technicians, and managerial staff to ensure alignment.
• Ensure solutions meet both business needs and technical requirements.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate functionality.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as L2 Support Engineer.
• Proficient in English language (B2+ or higher). 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Experience in customer-facing roles. 
• Basic understanding of Internet fundamentals (e.g., Servers, Packages, IPs, Clients). 
• Proficiency in SQL or MS Excel for data processing and reporting. 
• Organized, methodical, and structured approach to work. 
• Ability to identify trends and interpret data using statistics. 
• Foundational technical skills and understanding of the software development lifecycle. 
• Excellent analytical thinking with strong attention to detail. 
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude. 
• Curiosity and strong business acumen. 

Nice to have:

• Experience with Windows or Linux administration. 
• Previous experience in analyst roles. 
• Familiarity with programming languages such as VBA, C++, Python, or Java. 
• Experience in SQL database administration. 
• Skills in defining and designing CM standards for technology. 
• Background in IT customer service, support operations, and project management. 
• Understanding of SLA structures.
