We are a key player in the delivery of critical network services to the NHS, Local Authorities and the Emergency Services.

 

We are currently the Key Delivery Partner in over 15 major UK network deployments that will enable communication between millions of users in business, the public sector and communities.

 

Skills you will learn on this apprenticeship:

 

•The importance of data within a telecommunications business.

•How to collate, format and utilise data for customer and business insights.

•How to process data into the MLL CRM (Cherwell).

•Collate and format data to facilitate data processing.

•Review and analyse data in readiness to present to stakeholders.

•Develop technical skills in Power BI, SQL, and other data-related tools to present data insights effectively.

•Data modelling (combining data from various sources and formats to explore its relevance for the business

•Close alignment to systems and processes supporting the delivery function of a telecommunications business. •Knowledge of different roles within the business where data has a key part to play. 

•Participate in projects to ingest and prepare data from external sources.
