What You'll Be Doing  

We are seeking an experienced Data Integrity Analyst with a strong background in data reconciliation, analytics product development, and data governance. As a Data Integrity Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring data quality and consistency across our platforms. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to design reconciliation dashboards, develop analytics dashboard, and implement data validation processes that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement reconciliation dashboards to ensure data accuracy and consistency across key metrics.
• Develop and refine analytics products that support strategic product development and business decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements, prioritize needs, and align analytics solutions with product objectives.
• Monitor and audit data to identify inconsistencies, focusing on reconciliation and analytics product areas.
• Present data integrity metrics and insights to stakeholders through reports and interactive dashboards.
• Contribute to data governance and quality management practices, supporting the development of standards and best practices.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a data analysis, data integrity, or analytics product role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL with proven experience developing dashboards and analytics products.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) and Data Transformation tools like DBT.
• Solid analytical skills with a product-oriented mindset and an understanding of data quality’s impact on business and product outcomes.
• Effective communication skills, with experience in requirement gathering and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  

Preferred Skills

• Advanced SQL skills.
  
• Familiarity with retail data and customer data platforms.
• Background in data governance, ETL processes, and data lineage tracking.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data analysis and automation
