What You Will Be Doing:
Understand the business needs and produce insightful analyses for sales, marketing, product and other key departments. Act as an internal consultant to translate business questions into data-driven analyses and actionable insights. Build robust relationships with key business partners across the organization. Help colleagues access the right data and understand the insights it reveals. Build and test hypotheses, collect and analyze data to support or disprove them, and recommend solutions to improve business performance. Identify business opportunities based on a combination of internal and external data sets, including Google Analytics. Synthesize complex data and communicate clear, concise, and impactful recommendations to senior management. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using QuickSight and other BI tools. Prepare and deliver insightful presentations and reports to stakeholders at all levels. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Design and implement data models and ETL processes. 
You’ll Be Great For This Role If;
5+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a similar field. Strong proficiency in SQL, including advanced querying techniques (joins, subqueries, window functions). Expertise in using business intelligence tools (e.g., Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI). Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms. Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes. Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. Strong business acumen and understanding of key business drivers. Passion for data and a desire to learn new technologies. Fluency in English.
